This is a must have for the QNAP with HDMI out. You can run the desktop on your big screen TV. Search Google, run Firefox and Chrome, run videos and music much easier, search PLEX faster. Great price.

Do not buy. Does not work. There are other better remotes out there as well as remote control apps for iOS and Android. I didn't buy from Amazon, but directly from the Qnap store and am in the process of trying to get my money back, which given the response time for other issues I've had with a TS-469 PRO I bought recently (from Amazon), will probably be never. Qnap is overrated, overpriced and the support for their shoddy products is non-existent.
