I purchased this during the Sephora sale and even I opened it it spilled….yes, spilled. The consistency was like water with a glop of something white in the center. Hopefully I’ll able to exchange this or get a refund.

The brow wax was a bit hardened when i got it but I dropped it in warm water for a little and it got better, but it does flake on your eyebrows a bit.

I’ve been using it for 1 week and I love it. It gets my brows freeze all day long.

One of the better options for stubborn unruly brow hairs. But the biggest letdown is the packaging and how wasteful the product concept really is compared to other brow control products. You need to use an eyebrow spoolie, ideally the one from Anastasia *wink wink*, and smush it into the clear hard gel. You need to get a decent amount of product onto the spoolie which means getting a little messy in the container. After your spoolie has some chunks of product, swipe off the excess on the lid. Then brush through the eyebrows. Product is wasted on the lid and you don't actually use all the product that coats your spoolie. Is it the best hold I found so far? One of them, yes. It doesn't cause breakouts on the skin around the eyebrows and is easy to wash off with any simple cleansing balm, oil or eye makeup remover. I will repurchase until I can find something better.
