Beurer OT 30 on peruslämpömittari ovulaation seurantaan, ja se mittaa hyvin tarkasti kahden desimaalin tarkkuudella noin kolmessa minuutissa. Bluetooth-yhteyden ansiosta arvot siirtyvät automaattisesti kiertoa seuraavaan sovellukseen, jolloin hedelmälliset päivät ja kierron malli on helppo nähdä. Joustava, vedenpitävä kärki sopii suun kautta ja emättimestä mittaamiseen, ja sisäinen muisti tallentaa jopa 30 mittausta, mikä auttaa jos et synkronoi heti. Useat kuitenkin kokevat kolmen minuutin mittausajan pitkäksi ja pienen mittauspään epämukavaksi kielen alla. On myös tärkeää huomioida, että laitteen hyöty riippuu vahvasti liitännäissovelluksesta; jos sovelluksen saatavuus tai alueellinen tuki muuttuu, laitteen käyttöarvo voi heikentyä, kuten osa ostajista on jo kokenut.

The app is great additional payment is required to unlock a bunch of features but as it stands in the free version you can track your temp and CMF. Device syncs well and automatically updates my health app for an in depth overview for each day. Very happy with the purchase and so far no complaints. There was a complaints about the LED light which flashes while it’s taking the measurement as well as the duration, the manual states it takes 3 minutes to do a reading to allow for it to be as accurate as possible and you can turn the device around so the light it flashing downwards and it beeps when it’s done so the light indicator isn’t an issue for me. It’s best feature is I don’t have to manually add in the measurements it’s automatic as well as having a month’s memory (up to 30 readings stored) which you can go back to.
