Lexmark MS810de (40G0161)

Box contains description stated: Lexmark MS810n laser printer, starter toner cartridge, return program imaging unit, software and documentation CD, setup guide, power cord, stability sheet and safety sheet or booklet, and Lexmark Cartridge Collection Program information. Printer DID NOT come with starter toner cartridge nor imaging unit as described in description. However, a note on the invoice stated it did not come with these items. VERY MISLEADING during ordering process. Had to order these two items after installation.

The printer was advertised as network ready, starter toner in the box. It has NO imaging unit, NO toner! I would return it if I had not already cut open the box. In addition there are several firmware errors when trying to print internal reports. I needed the printer yesterday so purchased from Amazon expecting a quick shipment. It took a week with very unreliable tracking information. I was able to get a printer from Ebay in three days!

We purchased this printer from Printer Ready Corporation as an emergency backup. We finally needed to use the printer , and as we unboxed it , we found it to be all in pieces . The pictures show how poorly it was refurbished. We never expected to have to inspect the product on arrival due to it's professional refurbished guarantee . This company should be ashamed of themselves for hiding there refurbished products in plenty of plastic wrap to keep everything together.

This printer has never ever worked for us not even once since purchased new in January for our busy pharmacy....We paid the biggest price $999.99 I think and we are so busy we are just figuring out where this one came from and if it can be sent back...NO, WE NOW CANNOT SEND BACK AND WILL HAVE TO THROW THIS IN THE DUMPSTER.

Is defective..rather then send me a new one they want to trouble shoot a brand new item ...I was a new one
