Lovely set that was challenging enough to keep my 7 year old quiet but easy enough for her to build without help. Has been played with a lot.

Inside the box is 9 separate bags to build and instructions are in one single book. Took about an hour to build. My children enjoy the details, the garage door that slides up and down. The kitchen is on a little hinge too. The lamps are movable.
