Even if the film wasnt a huge success (it's actually quite enjoyed in this house!) the accompanying Lego build is really rather satisfying. Nice techniques shape the wings and angle them into position while other parts round off the look for accuracy pretty well - with the acceptance of scale and limitations of Lego itself. A nice little selection of minifigures and accessories (helmets and stud shooters etc), would have been nice to have the Izzy Hawthorne figure in there as well rather than in a different set, and have Buzz in his trademark spaceranger suit as well - both of which are in a different set entirely however. That said, Great to get the others and Sox! A tidy set once build with great play features and will look great on a shelf thanks to the included stand - Lego should include stands more on sets this size!

Kit fabulous gift for a birthday with many versatile pieces. Unfortunately, the box was delivered in very bad repair. Completely squashed by the courier. Thankfully none of the pieces were broken.
