Bought item online that said it was available. Turns out it was going to be available when it arrived n the store. Ann P from the Grafton store took it upon herself to go to another store and buy this item for me to ensure I had it in time for Christmas. I called around, and other stores have it in hand in the store when they say it’s available for pickup. I used to work for Kohls. It’s a far cry from what it used to be. We actually cared about our customers back then. I appreciate Ann P going above and beyond to help me, but I’m still finished with Kohls. Ann P can do better than Kohls!

I bought this LEGO set for my grandson and he was thrilled with it . It comes with 2 animal figures and allows lots of imaginative play once built. It reminded me of similar sets which were available 30 years ago all of which my grandchildren still play with This is a more modern set and is linked to a computer game It is age appropriate for a 6 year old with some intricate pieces and would appeal to both boys and girls Looking forward to purchasing other items from this new series

The customer service representative that directed me to my order was outstanding. I believe the name tag read Jakob. I approached him after waiting in a long line with my young child and he greeted us both with a smile and positive attitude while he found our order. Jakob must have had excellent schooling from his Pre-K teacher as well as his parents. 10 stars
