Thought this would be simple but in fact it is quite detailed, so it did take a couple of hours to complete - sits nicely in my display cabinet.

It looks good from a distance but up close the ships are just not detailed enough. Fair enough it's not meant to be an exact replication down to every last detail but it's just quite ... meh. It's a bit of a tricky build as there are billiontythousands of tiny pieces which is actually quite fun but when assembled the ships are not particularly sturdy and overall it just doesn't feel it was worth the effort. One for absolute die hards only really I think, maybe I'll just stick to the bigger ships and perhaps I'm being a bit overly harsh on this?

I’m sure the Lego itself will be great but as this was bought as a present for a family member who is a collector having damaged packaging just isn’t acceptable. This has happened before. Wish someone at Amazon would check before boxing up products instead of posting out damaged ones!

This is brilliant, very sturdy, took me a nice relaxing Saturday afternoon to build. The scale is good, not overly challenging. Can easily tell what it is representing from across the room where it is on display. I managed to pick it up on a 1/3 off deal, which made it good value imo for lego.

A great lego scene for Star Wars and Lego fans. Easy to build with clear instructions. The Tie fighters can get knocked off easily so maybe a case or shelf away from cats/kids is needed.
