Started so well followed the instructions and ran it the 3 times empty. After a couple of weeks it is now only toasting one side of the bread so disappointing!

The toaster is fine but there is a sunken rim around the top which gets full of crumbs and is very difficult to clean. Seems like an obvious design fault to me
