A functional and elegant toaster that is a pleasure to use. Good toasted sandwiches as well. An excellent aid in the kitchen.

Disappointed as quite pricey but with only 2 year guarantee. Came with toastie baskets and warming rack that seemed gr8 but silly design idea as i think bits of melted cheese and crumb may have contributed to its demise - despite good maintenance on our part!

Good colour works well but you are advised to clean the surfaces that touch the bread before first use but there were no instructions on how to do that.

Sturdy, useful features, separate controls for browning, frozen bread, quick release. a useful croissant/roll tray. Good looking and works perfectly.
