Unfortunately, I sent this item back because it was unable to fit the sizes of bread we tend to buy. I settled on a long slot 4 slice toaster by Kitchenaid and I’m very happy with it.

The bread will not stay down when trying to toast, keeps popping back up. I have to keep holding the lever down so it doesn't automatically eject. Also, the bagel and defrost buttons don't work. Seems like poor quality, it's going back.

Will not work well with artisanal bread as the toasting depth is too shallow. Seems to be a bit slower in toasting than my old Oster which lasted for 7 years. The warming rack feature is great. All being said, I'm satisfied with it.

I bought this thing a year ago, use it pretty regularly. It looks beautiful and has some neat features, but it's starting to go south. (You had one job.)

My wife and I have used this toaster for a few weeks now everything is working fine. This replaced and older 4 slice toaster that was too large for our needs. There are several controls that allow you to defrost, toast bread or English muffins and bagels. You can interrupt the toasting to see if it is ready and return it to continue toasting if neede be.
