Had to return this as it was too shallow to take my homemade bread which is smaller than most bought ones! Also having to use both sides was a waste of electricity when only toasting 1or 2 slices.

be warned, this product is of very bad quality!! it burns the breads at some parts (usually the edges), while other parts of the bread remain completely untoasted.
