Samsonite has stopped being a quality product and warranty is useless. You need your warranty card AND receipt to make a claim and even then you get told "Third Party failure". Flimsy plastic used in areas of high stress, profit over quality. Avoid not the company my father travelled the world with, terrible shame.

I’ve always been a fan of Samsonite luggage and with this large suitcase, they yet again don’t disappoint. Well made, sturdy with lots of capacity. Easy to move as a lightweight four wheeler. And a very nice subtle gold colour. A great investment if you are looking for a suitcase you can rely on.

I recently replaced my travel luggages and splurged on this one. I love the colour and the quality. Bought a protective cover to make sure it doesn’t get scratched.

I cannot believe I ordered £1300.00 worth of luggage and received this….. I have no words
