Excellent service from a young man who is doing way too many jobs… He was the only person in the store on a Sunday… Somebody relieved him for lunch I guess… He was handling three and four customers at a time this is not a safe way to handle your customers you should have more help than one person… I used to work in the emergency department. One nurse makes the department unsafe one worker makes the store unsafe

It’s always freezing, even after shutting off. Function button on the right hand side never works properly. The volume control gets stuck frequently and doesn’t not allow you to lower the volume.

I was Logged in on the AT&T and purchased this phone only to have them automatically cancel my order in seconds because they couldn't verify it was actually me WHEN I WAS LOGGED IN. After 13 years with AT&T I switched to Version. NO issues with them.
