Very dissatisfied with my purchase, now the line is not eligible for the same upgrade. 3 Days is not reasonable. I also lost my 9 dollar credit that I used.

Phone came broken. Went into the store and was told I had to pay to replace it when it came this way. Called Verizon and was told the same thing. Terrible.
