I hoped the phone would be as advertised, a phone and a tablet, and it is. I did not expect it to be as good as I expected but it is better! My eyes are not as good as they used to be and the larger screen is just great. Why did I wait so long to get one?

So I've had my z fold7 for a little over a year now and suddenly my inner screen became inoperative with a black are that changes shape. long story short the inner screen went out shortly after the manufacturer warranty went out. i didn't buy the extended warranty as I always trusted Samsung brand. Went to chat with the Verizon "experts" but unfortunately there's nothing they can do since it's 2 month outside the manufacturer warranty. will not buy another Samsung again and will switch to another carrier.

I have been enjoying this phone for 14 months now and today the inner screen gave me 2 white parallel lines and then the screen got pixelated. The manufacturer warranty is 12 months. So I'm 2 months outside the warranty. What's even worst is that i don't always use the inner screen. It's just new technology and it's just fragile
