The product worked great, was easy to install apps and the remote control worked well. The remote did bot have batteries and the product just switched off even while being connected to a power supply. Unfortunately I had to return it. Using the app was easy for a return. Just waiting for a replacement.

easy to connect and user friendly. would have liked to not have it attached to power supply. disconnects a lot and often have to reboot rooter and stick.

Happy. But the stick needs to get I good amount of energy to work properly. Ended up using another adapter and not the one in the box

My TV is like a brand new and I can see so much on it now. I can add more apps on my TV and personalise it the way I want. What also makes me happy is the fact that this TV stick responds fast to the network. I love it very much.

Do not buy this product! What a let down! I got this stick and after a few days it started acting up. I was not able to watch a show till the end without it stopping or restarting each time. I logged a return and a second xiaomi tv stick was delivered. This second one only worked for a few days and now it's stopped working completely. Total disappointment! I wouldn't advise anyone to buy it.
