OPI Hello Hawaii Ya? - Purple - 15ML

i love this, i have to remind myself that i don't need a back up of this, one bottle is enough, but i love it and i want it. Its a lovely greyed out purple, a little bit grey a little bit taupe and a little bit purple. Its a lovely moody polish great for grey days. The formula is impeccable, two coats and its a beautiful shiny polish with an interesting hue. Love it.

Hello Hawaii Ya? is a dusty purple shade from OPI's Hawaii collection. It is a cool toned, greyed out colour, and the polish dries down about a shade darker than the bottle colour. The formula is good, it is smooth and creamy and applies easily. I only needed two coats for a flawless and opaque finish. The colour would be flattering on all skin tones. It dried quickly and to a shiny finish, though this one definitely needs top coat if you want a super shiny finish. The colour had good staying power, around 5 days with base and top coat.

Hello Hawaii Ya? is part of OPI's 2015 Hawaii spring and summer collection. In the bottle it looks like a muted purple, but it really comes into its own on the nail. It's a cool-toned, dusky greyed mauve (darker than it appears in the bottle) and it's absolutely gorgeous and sophisticated. I can see myself wearing this in the fall and winter as well as the spring; in the summer, I prefer lighter, brighter, clear colors. Application was flawless. A real winner all around.
