This is an actually sturdy piece of kit with a great mounting point for a good webcam. I was worried that the control software was going to be gimmicky garbage like a lot of OEMs, but it is actually functional and does everything it needs to do living in the taskbar. The hardest part was getting it connected to my network to then connect to the application.

amazing light, best one in the market - highly portable, works great

El Gato’s Ring Light may be a little pricey but I found it on sale for $150 from Micro Center. It’s easy to install on a desk, comes with a variety of settings you can use from your phone or pc via Bluetooth or Wifi. It gets really bright but you realistically will never use it at maximum brightness. Light is a very important part of streaming and taking video and photos. I’d highly recommend.

Excellent ring light. It's high quality and very solid. The light is nicely distributed and doesn't strain my eyes like other lights have in the past. You can control the brightness and colour via an app or physically on the unit, and it has a handy screw mount for attaching a camera or phone. Also the stand clips onto the edge of your desk so it doesn't take up much work space. It's quite pricey, but worth it. I've been using for a few weeks and it's all working well, no issues, and no problems with the app either.
