Ryobi RCS1935B 1900W ketjusaha

Had 2 both didn't work not very happy. had ryobi eqipment in the past and was very statisfied with them.

After filling with oil, I was all ready to start. But I just couldn't get the beast to run! And so decided it must be defective. But before actually initiating the return, I had another few gos - and eventually got it to run. I suspect that there must have been a bit of untrimmed sprue or similar on the release and/or trigger, needing heavy pressure on the trigger to free it. After a few (delightfully easy) cuts, whatever had been jamming the trigger seemed to release and free up and the beast responded as I had expected. If it had done this at the start, I'd have definitely given it 5 stars. Anyone else who has similar problems: perhaps persevere with heavy pressure on the trigger for first few operations? Very much lighter and more convenient for smallish jobs than my trusty old (big) petrol device. Hoping that I stll feel it's a 4-star item in a few weeks time!
