YOUR WEBSITE WAS THE MOST DIFFICULT TO FOLLOW THAT I HAVE EVER KNOWN! EVENTUALLY i THOUGHT i HAD IDENTIFIED A COLOUR CARTRIDGE TO MEET MY NEEDS. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE AND ALTHOUGH I RECEIVED A BLACK PIXMA 510 CARTRIDGE THE COLOUR TURNED OUT TO BE USELESS ! A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY - I NEED REIMBURSEMENT FOR AN EXPENSIVE MISTAKE PLEASE RESPOND ASAP.
