I've found this to be a great machine. The only issue I've had is with the cost of the cartridges. I've printed over 30,000 sheets since purchase. No paper jams, no errors. I would say you need to be careful when printing multiple copies in duplex mode because if there are an odd number of sides, it will print the first side of the next copy onto the back of the last side of the previous copy.

This printer has been a disaster from the beginning. We've had one problem after another with it since the first month we owned it. Now, 9 months after purchasing it, we are pitching it and getting a different printer.

Terrible Printer. Scan doesnt work all the time. Keeps getting hung up

excellent, versatile, fast including first print off.

Printer is listed in the title as Wireless, which is misleading as it is "wireless capable" but only with another $70 part from Dell to make it wireless. It won't work wirelessly out of the box.
