I purchased this Epson WF 3820 All-In-One Printer last year. The color print was never great but after 5 moths did not work at all. I contacted Epson and they said the seller was unauthorize on Amazon and they would not cover the warranty. I contacted the seller on Amazon and they referred me back to Epson. I sent a second email to seller and never heard from them. I now have a color printer that does not print color and neither party will do the responsible, customer-centric thing and replace the faulty product. I am very frustrated and disappointed in both Epson and Amazon for their incredibly poor customer service. Lisa

After 18 months, paper stopped feeding. Tried both paper trays, to no avail. Probably printed only 30 pages, total lifespan. Would only print approximately 20 pages before ink cartridges ran out. Now cannot print or copy, since paper will not feed. Was never able to scan to a simple gmail address.

The low cost of this printer is deceptive. As many other reviewers have said, it guzzles ink. And replacement ink cartridges are expensive, so you will end up paying more for the ink than the printer itself. Mine worked fine for 2 years, then it broke. So it's also cheap and unreliable. Will not buy another Epson.

I've had this mother going on two years. First of many, ink cartridges are tiny and expensive. You're constantly replacing them, and it won't print unless every cartridge contains ink, regardless of color preference. Second, I've been having a new "loading tray" issue. It jambs, or sometimes it doesn't, but gives you an error message anyway. I'm not tech savvy, so changing settings on this printer is a royal pain for me. I generally cannot get it to print wirelessly from my computer (for whatever reason- I always get failure errors or the print job just stays in que). I can, however, generally get it to print from my iPhone with mostly no issue, except sometimes it flubs up the document formatting with no change to the document file. Honestly, it's easier (and possibly cheaper) for me to drive 30 minutes into town and have UPS store print my documents. A printing press would be less frustrating than this thing.

We haven't done much printing and it worked great for a year or so, but for no apparent reason it now jams with nearly every job - which is mostly single page jobs. In the process of jamming it destroys whatever you're printing on, and renders it un-useable for printing, so be prepared to go through a ton paper trying. Does not seem to care what kind of paper you use, it ALL jams. Total crap.
