THIS CARTRIDGE IS WORKING JUST FINE. I HAD RECEIVED A HP62 CARTRIDGE EARLIER THAT WAS DEFECTIVE. THE BX GAVE ME CREDIT FOR THE BAD CARTRIDGE.
