This is the first time I've seen this, but the toner I received is faulty - the quality of the print jobs is terrible, so much so that we're using our back up printer for now. I wonder if the vendor sold me an old product. Couldn't return it because silly us, we installed the cartridge and discarded the packaging, and only tried out the printer several weeks later. Much as I love the convenience and ease of buying online, I think I'll stick to buying toner in person. Buyer beware!

We purchased a Lexmark printer specifically because the black ink is so inexpensive. What a nice change from the other printers we have owned where it was actually cheaper to purchase a NEW PRINTER vs. buying new ink!

We bought our Lexmark printer for the very reason that the black ink is such a good price. Adorama has great prices too.
