My printer was delivered promptly, well packaged and with much excitement. These printers are easy to install and I was up and printing within moments. This was my second OKI, the other I've had for almost a decade and its still running!!! It's a great product.

Printer came with ink everywhere. Not useable. Can not clear error to start printer. Packaged poorly.

This product is just what I needed for work and personal use. I wish it was a bit easier to download the drivers, but as soon as I found the correct support link it went smooth. The printing is quick and the quality is great!

Wire came off to toner position. Replaced it without taking off power and it blew fuze on master board. Was advised it was cheaper to buy new printer than to try to replace it.

If you want a USB Printer this is a fair to middling machine which can be installed easily. But if you want a network printer, it's terrible to install and is a nightmare to set up, so it is not a printer that I would really recommended. There is no printer toolbox that you can install on your computer to change any of the settings, you have to work through a somewhat incomprehensible mini menu on the printer itself. This is archaic and takes me back to earlier dot matix printers which I had to set up on networks. Once you have got it going, its fine but I would never buy one again, nor would I buy another Oki unless it had an easier way to change the setting. There is another big BUT, it eats Toner like it's going out of fashion so it is pretty expensive to run.
