Works like new. The company came was local so they came here and setup the printer(like the old one was that had issues) cloned the image of the old printer to this one. Had to make a few adjustments and we are back to normal. 5 stars would recommend to others. will also be looking at more printers from them in the near future.

It's funny because i reviewed most all the multifunction brands and these ALL have issues. I do not think their is a single multifunction machine that prints, faxes, copies, wi-fi's and especially 'scans' satisfactory. My last 2 Xerox machines (i20 an 3635 MFP) are no exception. After one year the the scanning to network capability (3635mfp) stopped working. Tech support hasn't a clue how to fix it. Now the machine with only 12,000 ttl impressions is hopelessly locked in error mode. The printer powers on and off all day long for no reason. Now i have 2 'boat anchors without a boat' I dread the $400 service fee plus parts. I would pay dearly(under a $1500) for a multifunction machine that works in every way and has good tech support. Anyone know of such a beast?

I have wasted my money on this machine. Every month or so I have to call the IT (Information Technology) to set it up over and over again. I am using it mostly as a Fax machine. It suddenly stops receiving faxes, the machine keeps shutting itself off and on every minute. All the cheaper Brother machines that I have used in the past have worked so much better than this machine. I will never buy any Xerox product again!

Short and brief. The price on this printer is just perfect. Packed with features, Web UI is feature rich. Quick to set up. Easy for people to just walk up and understand. Detailed documentation. I have used the more upscale Copy centers for years and this is very comparable to a $15k printer. Xerox made a truly great product for this one.
