Xerox VersaLink C405

I wanted a printer that could more than just print text documents on 80gsm paper! I needed to be able to print on a variety of document weights and dimensions - even print decent Christmas cards! But I also wanted a printer that didn't cost the earth to run. Using the printer for charity and personal work - this was important!! The Xerox Versalink C400N can print plenty of A4 with its optional extra-large capacity paper trays, but it has a secondary paper tray that allows easy printing on other media sizes and weights. Just what I wanted! On the actual printing - the print quality and costs are as expected! Overall this is an excellent printer.

Im a freelance graphic designer, and so needed an affordable great quality laser printer. In my line of work, colour accuracy and quality of print is really important and I've found the Xerox Versalink C400N to be spot on for my needs. If I'd had the budget - I would have liked to upgrade to have the A3 and double sided print features, but it was out of my price range. Would definitely recommend.

Great printer. Great quality. Im a graphic designer so I was needing a printer for the studio that would output at high quality and colour accuracy. The only negative I would say is that the magenta colour is a little stronger than a professional digital print. However overall a great machine. I would buy again & highly recommend.

After a very speedy delivery, we unboxed the printer and hooked it up. Having both USB and Network points meant this was an easy connection to make. Easy, ample paper loading and simple toner fitting meant it was quick to sock the printer up. So our test print came out with vivid colours and sharp text on it. Next, a sheet of thick card was printed on - another easy way to print. This printer will be used by a team of five and be used constantly during the day. We have no qualms in recommending it to you. The VersaLinnk C400N passed our simple, quality printing tests with flying colours.

Having been tempted for some time by the benefits offered by laser printing, I bit the bullet and followed up a friend's recommendation of the service and advice offered by Printerland. Two emails and a quick call was all I needed to explain the needs of our business, obtain advice and recommendations, then finally to place my order. Within 24 hrs I had taken delivery of, installed, and started using our new laser printer. Already, less than two weeks later, it's transforming our business, and my only regret is that we hadn't contacted them sooner! Amazing and friendly advice, support and products, and superb value too! I can't recommend highly enough.
