Printer is OK but the only difference between Canon Pixma G4511 and the much cheaper G4510 is that the G4511 is supplied with an extra bottle of black ink, which enables them to claim 12000 prints rather than 6000, but they don't tell you that reservoir/tank in the printer only holds one bottle at a time, giving theoretical yield of just 6000 pages, so you still have to wait until first bottle is fully consumed before adding second bottle. It is cheaper to buy Canon PIXMA G4510 and buy second bottle of black ink later when you need it. Only downside so far is the 2 line display which is not backlight and is difficult to read unless under good light. The menu system is also difficult to navigate, simply due to only having 2 line display. I much prefer the small colour displays.
