Well its only been a day but so far so good, easy set up.

I like the machine. I had setup issues that took hours with tech support. I did finally get it setup and like it now.

I dont understand why a company can no longer make a device that is a bit sturdy and will hold up to some use. 42 days is not good value for the money. Sure we called tech "call tree" and finally after 3 hrs of time got them to "allow" me to send the broken one back - wait - then they will send me a new one. So no printer for the time of shipping? I can't buy any HP because they just wanna plug into your personal life and you cant get proper "just drivers" for machines - so now epson just makes 'toys' - anyone know what brand will "just get the job done" for a few years?

So I received my "New" printer shipped in nothing! Just dropped off at my door in the box it comes in. No padding, outer box, nothing. That aside, I read the start up instructions to a T. I followed the directions to "check the nozzle ." This is the start of the existing problem I have...NOT A SINGLE PAGE HAS INK DEPOSITED ON IT. YES, I filled the tank lol. And yet the software is telling everything is fine and nothing is wrong. I've run all the necessary troubleshooting measures, even running a power cleaning even though it damages the head. Nothing, not a drop and frankly, I refuse to purchase a flush kit since this is BRAND NEW!!! This is a costly piece of trash on my shelf. I'll update if I have any success with Epson customer service. But I'd say, based on some comments, I'm SOL. IF...if it could print properly, I could positively say, this printers wifi-printing was perfect for me. Every document sent was "printed" just not REALLY.

I bought this printer a month or so ago and had it installed, I thought but two days later it kept giving me the same three errors from the start; no product registration, printer status not acquired, and print jobs pending. It was registered and I had confirmation, I had cleared print jobs each time when it would not print. I know I am getting older and have some health issues that could cause the frustration over this device, but I have owned a lot of Epson printers (more so than the HP or Brother Printers I used to purchase) over the years, but never one more frustrating than this one. I just wanted a simple monochrome printer so I would not have to keep buying colored cartridges to print in black.
