HP – DesignJet T650 36inch Printer 2025 (5HB10D#B19)

I purchased this machine in March. I got 5 prints out of it and it stopped working. I paid for the 2-year warranty. It is now the end of August, and my machine still hasn't been fixed by HP. I am dealing with HP Tech support and its excuses after excuses and multiple case numbers but to no avail. At no point have they offered to replace the machine. This is the worse service I've ever gotten from HP and they should be ashamed. I would never purchase another machine from them.

This is a great printer. I am an event planner and I needed something to print my large images. Only this is it ran out of ink I. The middle of my second print. So the ink runs out fast

We cannot get it to properly format. We have reached out to HP and Amazon to no avail. So much for 2 years free support.

I am a plan detailer and I am 4 rolls of 24" in so far. Done all the ink once. No issues so far. Happy

I purchased this printer for our office in Sep of 23. It printed the first month and since then, it's been a nightmare. The prints were never the size we requested. We print Engineering Drawings and this caused a delay in providing items to our customers. In addition, it wasted so much paper and ink and the end product is not what we needed. Our IT department has been working to fix the issue in conjunction with HP Support and no luck. The note from the seller states that it can't be returned after Oct 23 and I have no way of contacting the seller. It's very disappointing as we now have to go out and spend money for another printer for my department.
