Manfrotto Geared Head 400

This product is well made and is supplied with everything you need to make minor adjustments to drag when operating the handles. A tool is provided to change from a 3/8 16 to 1/4 20 screw if needed. Because the mounting screw doesn't turn you actually mount the camera by spinning the release plate and screw onto the camera. The surface of the mounting plate is abrasive and may damage the bottom finish of your camera. I'd suggest making a rubber or cork disk to use between the mount and camera bottom.
