It’s a life changer. It’s everything I expected to be. It is the hardest working piece in my household. I use it twice if not three times a day. All my house guest loves it specially when I make them Boba smoothies. Simply the best!

While it does grind up all my veggies nicely, it throws liquid out every time I open the center bit. It is also very, very airy that I feel I'm consuming as much air as I am liquid.

Only been using this for a couple of months, so it's not yet stood the test of time. However the machine is sturdy, very versatile & the instruction DVD & cookbook are very useful. A useful enhancement would be a custom made spatula to help scrape food out of the jug. The on/off rocker switch feels quite loose but doesn't appear to be faulty.The machine sporadically makes a buzzing noise when first switched on - according to the customer service team that's normal, but I've never experienced this with any other piece of equipment. But overall much better to previous blenders I've owned.

I bought a brand new one today and water leaks out of 2 different sides on the bottom of the container. So disappointed and upset. Now we have to go back to the store return it the same day we bought it.

Very noisy and smoothies turn out very watery. Tried different speeds and different ingredients (even googled recipes) and it all tasted awful. Soup is not tasty either. Overall just a very expensive blender.
