The only reason I give this a 4 star rating is the cost. Quiet an investment, but product works fantastic. Takes a short time to figure it out, but when you do it is great.

Disappointed to receive a stone that is out of round 3mm, which makes sharpening my finer tools and knives a challenge. More disappointed after calling Tormek to tell them the stone is out of round and was told I need to buy a truing tool, which is $100. I asked are all the stones shipped to customers out of round?, to which she said sometimes. But she would not replace it and told me to go buy the truing tool. Very disappointing! Poor customer service.

Wow, I absolutely love the T4. I'd recommend it to anyone who, like me, has found that hand sharpening on whetstones just isn't cutting it anymore. It's worth the investment if you sharpen lots of tools like I do. I can't think of any improvements I would add.
