Strength: I had the 85mm 1.8 for years and finally upgraded to this one and let me tell you there is for sure a difference. I was skeptical because all the reviews are always saying how this lens is not as sharp as the 1.8 and that you only need it for 1.2 and there's no point on shooting it closed down. honestly I have know idea what they are talking about because this thing is dope from 1.2 - f 16. If your contemplating on getting this or the 1.8 I would say this one is the clear winner. Weakness: print stickers | sticker printing | printing services | business printing

I almost sold this lens when I got the 85 1.4 IS, but I ended up sending the 1.4 back. I like this lens much better, it will be the only lens I keep forever.

I finally upgraded after using the 1.8 for a few years and I have to say it really is better. All any one cares about is the 1.2 but it really dose look good closed down also. The focusing ring is kind of odd and doesnt feel like the other lenses but its not that big of a deal.
