Nikon AF-S Nikkor 85mm f/1,8G

I bought this prime lens to use on my Nikon D810 and l’m absolutely blown away by just how sharp the images are, after years of using zooms and being pleased with the results this takes the pictures to another dimension. I read up on this lens and most say it’s a portrait lens please don’t think that this is all it’s good at. I’ve now used it for street photos, architecture, full length portraits, still life(antique dolls), low light shots of plants and of course actual portraits. I have not been disappointed with any of the results. I’d recommend this lens to any photographer who wants to step up to becoming a serious photographer.

Portrait photography brilliant lens beautiful bokeh.

I purchased this lens just over a week ago and its expensive yes but you get what you pay for . Amazing quality with ultra sharp images. I also couldn't believe how fast it was delivered ordered on Saturday arrived on Sunday.
