The lens fit on my Canon 3200 perfectly as expected. It definitely made a huge difference in my photos without creating too much distortion (no fish eye effects just a nice wide angle view.) I have included 3 views of one of my listings so you can see the difference between the widest angle with the kit lens and the widest angle with this Sigma 10-20mm lens. Please note that the lighting was different the day I used the Sigma lens and those pics were edited for viewing online, but not cropped. I hope they help you decide if this is what you are looking for. I had the most difficult time getting an answer to what lens would be good for real estate, I am glad I went with this one. It seems to be perfect for my need and it is at a good price point for a beginning lens.

Bought this lens for a pending vacation and have done some practice shots and love it! Getting used to the distortion wide angles have but it’s been fun and the lens is great! Has a good heft to it too!

It does a great job at a fraction of the price as compared to Nikon lens. The quality is about 8.5 out of 10 with the Nikon being a 10. I would recommend this lens. Has worked great for me.

When people ask for recommendations on a super-wide-angle lens, they're often trying to decide between the Tokina 11-16 f/2.8 and the Sigma 10-20mm f/3.5. I tested these two lenses side by side last year and decided on the Sigma 10-20mm for several reasons: 1. Extra range 2. Better manual-focus ring 3. Extraordinary "starbursts" when shooting into the sun 4. Very solidly built I took many great photos with this lens at locations in the US and abroad. Unfortunately, my kayak tipped over on a river in Florida earlier this year, and the dry bag wasn't sealed properly. As you might expect, #4 from the list above ("very solidly built") did absolutely nothing to prevent the water damage, and the lens was totally trashed. :( Even with the opportunity to buy the Tokina 11-16mm on sale from Adorama for $150 less, I went for the Sigma once again. This is a workhorse lens that pairs perfectly with the D7200 and was used to take these photos from last week's 4th of July fireworks. :)
