Microsoft 365 Business Standard -vuositilaus 15 laitteelle

It was my first purchase on the site. But everything was clear and easy. The delivery was great. I started using the product as soon as it was delivered.

Cannot activate it - followed instructions and fails with an errror message. Nowhere to get support. Filled in an online form and heard nothing. Incredibly frustrating - can’t access the software I paid for, can’t get help and can’t get a refund!

I was unable to use the product. I attempted to speak with microsoft and JB Hifi to be able to get a refund but did not get any reply.
