Microsoft 365 Perhe - Office 365 sovellukset 6 käyttäjälle

I ordered the Microsoft 365 Family Military for eGift Card delivery early afternoon on August 3rd. I still have not received email to activate product as of August 5th. Item still stuck with fulfiller. unacceptable!

In the product description it says "your eGift card will be delivered approximately an hour after your order." Yes, it can take longer, but in the ample online shopping I've done across various websites, rarely does it actually take longer than the stated time. I was 3.5 hours into my wait when I reached out to customer service. I read too many review prior to my purchase about it never arriving at all that I wanted to get ahead of things. The robot chat made it sound like it was being shipped to my physical address. The human customer service rep I spoke to on the phone said she could only see that the order was still being processed and could not confirm the delivery method. She was able to cancel my order despite it being beyond the 15 minutes cancellation window. I would rather pay full price at Microsoft for immediate use of the product that save ~$30 and wait an indeterminate amount of time to gain access to programs I want to use now.

I installed on my relatively new machine and it picked up with no issues. The only issue I have is with the annual fee.

Great deal, not only is it $40 less than anywhere else, no tax nor shipping either. I wish I would have learned about Microsoft 365 military family edition sooner.

I get my sub renewed without having to be fleeced with taxes! Win Win!
