Good tool but hose burst after couple of hours. Design fault? needs strengthening as rubs on the ground when used for patio cleaning. Replaced under warranty.

Bought a new K2 to replace a previous model I'd had for at least 10 years. This one is has a plastic quick disconnect to attach the hose. It worked for about 20 minutes then disconnected itself, spraying water everywhere. It now disconnects as soon as water pressure is applied. I've emailed Customer service but have had no response to-date. Very dissatisfied with the way the newer pressure washers are made.

Bought a couple years ago and ive probably used it 3 times. Replaced the elbow on it twice and then seals inside the motor started leaking as well so I ended up binning it. Build quality is poor compared to other brands.
