It's a poor piece of equipment. It hardly shaves. You have to cover the same area a hundred times before any hair is shaven off. It gives you no precision whatsoever and is tedious to use. Try something else.

I had a new shaver and from day one had problems with it, I called customer service and within a few days I had a replacement that works perfectly. Thanks for the terrific service.

Wasn't able to trim my beard without much discomfort. I don't have strong or fast growing facial hair and shave once a month or so. Your razor just wasn't up to the task so I returned it after the first shave

Because of the warranty and replacement - part broke after 19 months and shaver was replaced.

The shaver is not bad. I am still trying to get use to it.The pop-up trimer functions poorly, compared to my old HQ6996.The end result of shaving with it still leaves random hairs and I need to manually remove the with my disposable razor. If I try to apply a little more pressure using it, then ingrown hairs start to appear and be formed.
