I alternate between the convenience of dry shaving and the closeness of wet shaving. First and foremost this is not as close a shave as a wet shave. It's good but not as close. That being said everything works. Took it on holiday and had a week's shaving with plenty of charge left. Cleaning station is good as it helps keep the shaver clean and optimum.

I never used braun before, among all other brands this is the best brand, comparing series 7 and 9.... 9 is a little bit more better and stronger battry last long and it also gives a smooth shave. Really love it.

Fantastic shave, always wanted an electric shaver but was getting irritated skin after used almost every other shaver in the market this is the one, the self cleaning function is an added incredibly well working perk

My prayers are answered. I have suffered from a strong beard but very sensitive skin since the age of fifteen. I can shave with a blade, as I react badly to the metal. My previous Braun got work out and I risked trying this expensive shaver, expecting to return it with the 100 day guarantee, as I didn't believe it could be that good. It is that good. It's worth every penny. I wish I'd got one years ago! It's wonderful! Clean shaven, no rash, superb cleaning system, everything I could ever want in shaving terms.
