Wacom Cintiq Pro 24 Pen & Touch Display

No complaints. The seller was courteous & shipped promptly a "New" , not "Like New" one that I ordered. I knew I was being charged about $100 + than was the web market average. But I had to return a similar model tablet to Amazon--without the touch feature that I needed. It took another $50.00 to have UPS wrap it professionally. Lesson: Read tech product descriptions carefully & keep your packaging. B&H and Adorama --both camera stores--sell for around $2.499.00 with free shipping. I would have used them ordinarily, but I wanted to used my refund from Amazon to pay down on this new pen display & touch model.

The unit arrived with something rattling around in the box. When opened it was discovered that all but one of the screws securing the back panel had fallen out and were causing the noise. The only screw still in place fell out at the slightest touch. Upon further inspection it is apparent that the screws have been stripped out. Nonetheless, the unit was powered up and functions as expected. No apparent internal damage occurred but for the amount of money needed to purchase this unit one would expect it to be in perfect condition when received. Time will tell how the unit stands up to use Quality Control should be part of not only the development of equipment. It must be utilized through every process including final inspection prior to packaging.

This product exceed my expectation , the 5 star review from other may sum up my opinion. I just want to share this with fellow artist who lived in Indonesia, that the custom process was took about 10days. I had to make phone call every day to ups custom agent( prefer DHL) until it was cleared.

I do background layout/design and painting for the animation industry. I have used Wacom products since 2003 (starting with their drawing tablets), but this is the best one yet. The 24" display really let's me see details clearly, and the pen response is wonderful. I love drawing and painting on this device. For some reason, I did have trouble registering the device (Setup Wizard kept skipping the registration phase and the Wacom site would not accept the SN#), but Wacom tech support was very responsive and helpful in resolving this issue.

this graphic tablet is so much better than any I have used. It is responsive to touch, using the pen to write or draw is like pen on paper ... and I have the CPU added so it is a standalone computer -- VERY FAST. Love it!
