Confortable, light but they don’t stay in place and you got to adjust constantly which is ok wit me. The support level is just medium at best but I guess that’s the reason they are comfortable.

I use these for Crossfit workouts. Not the best for heavy weights but great for extra support with lots of squatting movements. Size medium was a great fit.
