Had I known in advance how this situation would be handled, I would have purchased from another supplier. This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I have had.

Bought this a couple of months ago and have used it a few times now and it has been great. Today I used the wet hoover function and it was awesome - got the job done in no time. Have also used the adapter on to the back of a sander to contain the dust and powered the sander via the outlet socket on the vacuum - such a good idea.

I have used the vacuum cleaner a few times now and it is every thing I had hoped for still to try using it to suck water

I bought this vacuum because I own a doggie daycare so I can vacuum up the wet after I wash the floors

I have got so much done since buying the karcher very pleased
