I bought a scooter two weeks ago. Fully charged only last about 10-12miles (16km-19km). The description is misleading. After 4km 20% battery life is gone.

BEWARE. This POS will non stop beep and not allow you to drive if you don't declare all your information to Chinese. It's an information extortion device. Requires app, you declaring all your information in said app and giving up your location whenever you're riding it, otherwise it just doesn't work. If your phone battery dies, you can't drive it, it will lock up and the app doesn't even work on most phones. AVOID
