After some initial glitches with their AI system reporting wrong details, I received a swift reply and all is fine now. Great feedback showing they care as a company and that's great. Had these radios for a while now, they are robust, have a clear display and multi channels. Sound and microphone are clear too. Came with a headset for each radio, which I've not used. Range can be an issue if you don't understand how radios work; buildings, trees & even other radio traffic found in urban areas can affect the transmission signal. The most range I've had in a urban environment was about two thirds of a mile, which is very reasonable. An excellent purchase & good value for money!

A bit disappointed tbh, it gives a 10km range I got 300yds, and then nothing, yes there is a built up of buildings but I expected better.
