Sangean WFR-28BT Internet Radio

Standard broadcast radio reception in our area is not great, so this internet radio is just perfect. I can get the local NZ stations I want, plus so much more, such as BBC and other major international stations. It has to connect to WiFi network and speaker produces good quality sounds. Overall build quality also seems excellent. Buyers need to be a aware that if they want DAB, they need to get the 28C model. However here in NZ we don't have DAB so not an issue for us.

I like this radio because it can be carried everywhere with additional batteries charge that can be bought easily.

I really liked this radio. I had no problems setting it up or operating it. But then after just two years, it died. If it were not for the short life span, I would have given it 5 stars

more stations are available on other internet radios. stations associated with iheart and other stations are not available with this radio. sound on this particular one isn't good

It ticks all the box's. Easy to use, quick to connect and start streaming. It's a nice size too.
