I've been using Asus router for years, and was looking for another router - This was on special offer. Apart from being great value, it was easy to setup and has all the functionality I require, including free security features which many other brands only provide with extortionate subscription fees. The GT-AX6000 does have a large footprint, but I still think it looks fab. And, it also has the added bonus of having Merlin firmware available for it.

Love the colour scheme. It’s based on EVA-01 mecha. I like that it even has some space for me to put my Anime figure from Evangelion series.

I decided to finally upgrade to WIFI6 - I went with this based on some fantastic detailed reviews by DongKnows these offer great range, and genuine whole house coverage (even garden). I actually went with two to cover the upstairs and my garage and loft - Using the latest version also has Guest Network Pro which creates VLANs to properly segregate IoT devices, IP Cams, Kids Network, Guest ETC Great router with some very powerful features

This router is super fast, rock solid and have 0 disconnections in the last 2 weeks. Got it on Amazon sale for $599, can’t be happier.

This is one of the best purchases I've made in some time where technology devices are concerned. I live in a double storey town house and have full signal performance throughout the house and get near full gigabit performance on a Gigabit internet connnection on my fastest devices supporting WiFi 6. Another great benefit is that you don't have to set-up multiple networks for 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz bands. Hands down the best Router I've purchased. You get what you pay for here.
