TP-LINK ER7206 -VPN-reititin

It's a TP-Link ER7206 which retails at a lot less from most other suppliers. I recommend the router, it's basic but reliable. It's 1Gbps WAN 1 Gbps LAN so fine for most home or small business users / use cases. It has no Wi-Fi despite what Golan Tech say in thier product description. Setup is really easy, it has a web interface and it's like setting up a little consumer broadband router (As opposed to big Telco Equipment from Cisco, ZTE, Juniper, Ericsson, Nokia, Alcatel et al). The only issue is that other retailers sell the identical item for a lot less. I'm not permitted by Takealot to point out how much more expensive this specific item was here than in other places so it's a censored review.

Good Points: Replaced my unifi secure gateway, was easy to setup and have gained some speed. Improvement Points: Failover WAN failed after an update and I had to re-do the config. No way to remove SFP WAN from the dashboards when it's not in use.

Edullinen reititin, kohtuullisella läpäisykyvyllä. Käyttöönotto vaatii käytännössä OmadaController ohjelmiston käyttöä (jonka yhteydet reitittimeen windowsin palomuuri oletuksena estää). Ilman Controlleria Standalone moodissa puuttuu ominaisuuksia, ei esim. tukea usean verkon DHCP:lle. SFP porttia en tässä saanut toimimaan? Ainakaan TP-linkin omaa TL-SM3218 BiDiä ei tunnista.
